This is the photograph of the place at the foot of an unnamed mountain at the north end of the Yumthang Valley,where a group of young college-
students from Calcatta reportedly came face to face with a bear just a few minutes after I had taken this shot.According to those who reported to have had seen the bear,the bear must have been larking behind the bush in the shot when I had been taking the shot.The locals also said that the area had been fenced off with birbedwire
as a measure to prevet the bears from crossing over to the area where the tourists frequent. |
