We came across this old mastiff,left behind by a
Junior Officer of the Indian Army when he had been tranferred out of Sikkim nearly 3 years before,at the Barrack at Lachung,to the canteen of which we had gone to have tea and snacks on our arrival there.After its master had left the mastiff behind,the other army-personnel at the barrack seem to have adopted it as a common pet. |
