[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Inspired by one of the themes on TL again, "Signs"...the shot was taken a couple of hours ago. As the title says, no message this time, except that I really love primary colours. Partly due to my absolute favourite among the great photographers, Pete Turner, whose use of primary colours always take my breath away.

I am posting the original shot, because there was plenty of PP work: cloning out, adjusting levels, adjusting colours (selective) plenty of times. I know it lacks the depth still, but I also wanted to make it as simple as possible (just my own vision)...

well good job considering the original shot, but ...
- maybe oversaturated
- the sign should be made perfectly vertical so it makes some balance to the edges of the photo

overall great effort

peace,
goran

clean, crisp image, simple and well done, (*_*)

Ships have sailed, sunsets are over, the age of machines is finishes and you are back in the most splendid of colours. I love this cloud of yours, makes me feel happy looking at it. And the sunny corner of the sign, hints the invisible shadow.

And thanks for the tip on Pete Turner. I will check on him.

Compliments!

Great compilation of ideas, good PP and the result is very good photo! Colors are really outstanding, I think you did a really good job here. If only you rotated the sign to mach the vertical border... :(

Regards
Robert

You've done it great...I like the strong colours in this picture Marija. I'm not so good in PP work and evertime I'm wondering how people fixed that for example Viktorija and Diana they are really great working with PS.

hey marija!
the traffic signs around here, are a little different, so i hoe you don't mind, me asking but what sign is this? is it a yield sign or something else. i'm loving the blue sky, and the interesting cloud formations. i think, as simple as it is, it's brilliant.

good job!
-Bart

Hello. This picture make me to remember the cd cover "Yield" of Pearl Jam. You should see that cd cover. By the way, I prefer the workshop version of your photo. Well Done!!

I love these colours and the composition. Signs and skies make such great subjects, especially here. So nice!
