[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Not sure if this is the right name of this plant, Because as you guys already know I'm rubbish with the names. "Shutter2Think" (Richard) helped me out with the name of yesterdays flower and I thought this one had the same leaf shape. Hope I'm right :)

PP = cropped, sharpened, adjusted the lighting a little and framed.

Hi John,
Yep, that's a Dahlia (I have one posted, too). 'Cept mine has longer petals and is red.
Anyhow, nice shot. Nice composition; it has a good diagonal. And the exposure looks right. And, the flowers in the background are in a good position as they aid in the arch-like movement. Good job.

There are so many variations on this flower but this is definitly a dhalia John and you captured it in all it's beauty..
