Breaking and Entering

| Hurricane Katrina passed through my town at speeds exceeding 120mph. This is my last addition of these pictures. Here is a section of wall gone out of an electronics store. I'm not exactly sure how it happened but the entire backside of the wall was gone. Would be thieves immediately began walking into the store taking out everything they could. The business did not take very long to put up the black wall you see behind the pile of bricks to keep the thieves out. Freaky stuff. |

Hi Derrick
Another good entry in your photo journalistic series of the Katrina aftermath. I imagine that Rita was tame in comparison?
Great capture although I would have cloned out the little dark bit on the right. Unbelievable with the pigs stealing things. I just heard than between 30-50% of the Hurricane Katrina evacuees have criminal records, oh joy, we have 50,000 of them in Atlanta right now.
Thanks for sharing!
Alli
I hope you can get it behind you Derrick; your work in here gave a good and close impression.
I hope you will soon encounter some positive objects to capture. The buidling up of your world can give you some hope on better times.

Bom trabalho!
Luci.
Hi Derrick,
Good picture of simple objects. However, your note on Katrina make it interesting. Dark corner [bottom-right] is a bit distracting, may need to crop that part out. Also, may need to reduce brightness a bit.
