I love the warm colors of the sun on her skin.

This picture was taken on my balcony ( the one with the nice sunset :))

I like to take picture of my love one, but you will find that I'm taking her most of the time from the side, since I cannot get her to be natural when taken from the front. any advise on helping me helping her to be more natural?

Nice portrait. Sunset lights are always a nice effect over all. Good shot.

A beautiful, emotional portrait, Luc. As long as the side works well like this, I would not regret not being able to take a shot from the front. I find it sometimes easier to wait for some time when shooting a portrait from the front, and click when the model thinks, it has been done already. There is a moment of relaxation - sometimes - and not easy to catch.
But this side one works very well for me. Beautiful!

Handsome woman Luc! Nice light, attractive eyeglance.
I have no experience in portraits, but perhaps is some blurring of the bachkgroud helpfull in bringin the face more in front?

Very nice! I love the tones in the photo, though I might accuse you of changing white balance in favor of skin tone (that building looks unnaturally pink!). Great shot though, I love the sharpness. I wonder how it looks in black and white?
