What version is better - this one or the one in workshop? These are two different pictures. The only difference is focus and a bit of composition (essentially the same though).

nice colours and personnels, very good they are these drop picture acts on senses :) it went out very nicely

Very nice macro. Very clear and the water drops give a nice effect. Good colour contrast against the black. Works well,

o enquadramento está muito interessante. acho que as gotas de
água estão muito exageradas, mas mesmo assim gosto do efeito. parabéns.

Wonderful macro. I really like the water drops. TFS.

Kiran.

a perfect macro

Hi!
First, let me just say I like the original version most. If we were on the baroque period I would prefer otherwise ;)
Nice vibrant colors.
The dark background is perfect!
Congratulations,

João

Hi Ekaterina!
I see I missed a few of your photos. So many people to keep track of on TL. :) I like this one better then the workshop one. I like the orientation of the flower more too.

Like I said before, I usually don't like a flash used on flowers but I think it works very nicely here. Makes those drops really stand out nicely. The colors are also still very vibrant which is hard to do with a flash. Nice job! JP

BTW, what happened to your self portrait?? I thought it was cute! ;)

Great macro. Love the water drops and the sharpness.

Tom

Great shot, Ekaterina! I prefer this one because the light is better, and the composition more dynamic, going from the upper left to the bottom right corner. Great job! A nice addition to your beautiful gallery!

Just came across this wonderful macro of this gladiolis and could not resist to leave a comment. I am like most of the others and prefer this version to the workshop one. This looks just so real that I feel that I reach out and grab the flower to bring it to my house. Excellent!

great macro...very sharp and i like the colors very very much..overall composition is really good ..tfs

Hello Ekaterina,
I walked through your gallery and found this beauty. Taking it on black is really very good; red and black is always good (Christmascolours) gives a good precious expression.
And these drops; very good!

What a stunning colors. Waterdrops and frame, love it

I think that I like the comp of the first, but the depth of the workshop. Really nice shot, with nice sharp focus and colors.
