The light on her face is pleasing. The background light is perhaps a bit harsh. Try moving your model further away from the background ie increase the seperation between her and the background. Good stuff.

Very nice portrait. The right side light may have been a little too strong. The light on the left is well exposed. You did not say which type of lights you used. Next time mention what types, because it will be easier to suggest something. If you had been using a soft box, I would have said to bring the light closer (yes closer) to make it more soft. You want to have an even shadow on the opposite side of the face. If it's a straight flash, you should put a softening material in front of the flash.
