Autumn in Spring
 |
|
| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
This photo was taken at the Kholo Botanical Gardens north of Ipswich. This was taken using a focal length of 300/1 mm, so the zoom was very large. The shot came out very pale looking, but I liked it and decided to take advantage of the pale look. I bumped up the saturation levels on different parts of the image, using saturation and the Magic Wand tool in Arcsoft PhotoStudio.
This gives the photo an autumn look, when in actual fact the photo was taken in spring.
I hope you like it. The idea was to give it a soft painting effect. |

Very nice picture, Claudia.
One shood say it is overexposed but that give here a very soft light and i like it.

Hi Claudia
I liked too the effect you got in the photo editor, the composition is very good and the DOF are great, but I wonder how the image could be in a hot spring day. so, I did a workshop. (in the other hand)
