Excellent shot. Great use of contrasting color between orange, black, and green. The stripe on the leaf also compliments the butterflys' wings and makes for an interesting composition.

I love the transluscency of the variagated plant & the blur of the papillon. If you just edited out 1/3 left of the pic, it would be perfect! Just my opinion. I like the overall photo.

So simple but so perfect at the same time! I'm not sure I would have kept the 'leafs' at the left side of the picture. However, the green leaf is just great.

Hi Joe,
I love the bright colors in this post. The grassy blades on the left complement the varigations in the leaf on the right, and I like the action in the wing of one of the subjects. The title reminds me of song lyrics that have been running through my head, "Sorrow may last for the night, but joy comes with the morning . . ."
