[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
A sunset in Clarens. Sunrises and sunsets will always fascinate me. There is one every morning and one every night without exception. Not one is ever the same.

Clarens is a stunning little artist town in the Free state. The Free State province is in general very dull and open with few trees. Clarens claims to be the town in the Free State with the most trees.

It is a peaceful, tranquil area. The roads are still dust road except for the main road. You can walk through the whole town in an afternoon.

I like the dark cloud here that looks as if it is going to fall any moment. From there the Chicken Little phrase.

Your sunset is very good. The clouds really work very well to create the atmosfere. The picture quality is not great because of this scan. But the composition is good

Very nice photo, well composed and lovely colors. Scanning is a tricky business and it doesn't always transfer the real quality of the image. Anyway well done!

Hi Annette

A marvellous sunset with excellent color & graphism. I like the fg silhouette. Perhaps some pp work, & an unsharp mask to the mts, would improve? Good work!

You see that it's not very sharp, but the colours are great. Nice picture to watch.

Very great colors and saturation completed. Nice framing. The noise could be removed by using despeckle in photoshop-it does wonders. thanks for sharing :)
