[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This one has taken in couple of hours ago. While i was waiting at the bus stop, i realized that i have at least 15 minutes to my bus coming time. So instead of thinking about shivering, i decided to take some night photos. So that girl gave me a silhoutte in front of the car lights...

* Cropped
* Adjusted levels
* Changed the color to red from hue

this is a very well observed and taken 'journalistic' image, tfs, (*_*)

Projects a pretty lonely, dark and cold mood. It has that " I am waiting" and "time is going by ever so slowly" atmosphere. TFS,
Sam

I love the lighting and the lone sillouette. The composition is great too. Not sure about the color but that is pure personal taste. That was your vision so that is what it should be. Nice job. JP

Hi Elif,
I like the composition and the mood here! Handheld and blurry in the low light but that's just appropriate, interesting photojournalism... My issue here is your choice of colour, as it looks a tad artificial to me... maybe original is better, or simply some grainy B&W? Just some thoughts...
Regards,
Pablo -

Nice moody picture in a crowded but still very lonesome area.
Good capture Elif and very difficult.

Alone among machines …

I told you before and I am telling you again – your variety of themes deserves all the compliments, along with a very nicely defined inner sense for proportionality of dimensions and colours. I like it that you maintain your modesty despite the obvious talent and creativity.

Bravo Elif.

ComplimentS!

I have seen this photo many times now, although I haven't commented anything on it - because simply I didn't know what to write ... but it attracts my attention, I can't clearly say why. It surely is the emotional impact in this shot - it looks so simple, and one can't recognize who is standing there, alone inmidst all this very busy traffic, the dark, the light, the red ... it's like the scene from a movie ...
By the way, I have an absolute old-fashioned imagination of Istanbul (from 1985, 1986, and 1991 ... long time ago already), it must have changed a lot!
I will look at this one more often, I really like it and made it a favourite for me!
Thanks for sharing!
Guntram
