[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This is probably the last from this series.
Here you see the last part of the island to form. This is called "Complexo dos Picos". It has a lot of small vocanic remainigs like these and a lot of geological faults and small lagoons.
In the back you can see some crops from the local farmers. The grass fields you see on the first plane are for cow feeding mostly, one of the most important activities in Sao Miguel.

Just came across your portfolio, Joao, and I must admit that you have published some really good pictures so far. I like this picture but I prefer the foreground to the background because of huge difference in the light between the two. For me the foreground has a nice & less harsh light on it which gives us a good sense of the colours of those rolling hills. Otherwise, it is a very nice picture of the Acores. Well done!

Olá João!

Esta foto foi realmente muito bem conseguida! A começar pela paisagem que parece sair de um sonho ou de um cenário de filme, a profundidade de campo foi muito bem captada, tá uma perspectiva excelente, é preciso muita sensibilidade para o conseguir!
