[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This is a picture of Kudzu, it is a vine that grows everywhere and and kills all vegitation in it's path. Unfortunately it is very hard to control here in Georgia and it is all over the place. This shows the Kudzu overtaking a tree.

Hi Greg,

Good shot of Kudzu; however, the light doesn't work to your advantage in this picture because colors seem to be suppressed a little. I would also try to eliminate low-rising plants in the foreground to give viewers a better focus on your main subject.

You beat me to it, I was thinking of posting a kudzu pic but it's all dead now that the cold weather has hit! A very uniquely Southern pest you have pictured here...ironic that they brought it from Japan to control erosion and now it has overtaken the South, LOL!
