I like the effect. It does look like a night photo. That being said I like the original better as this one shows signs of the USM i.e. the white halo bordering everything in the photo. Otherwise good job.

Hi, Skye,

vey nice, at the same time a sense of awe and quietness, I find the presence of the bird "between" the moon and the figures, especially poetic, as if it was the messenger delivering the unspoken message of your image. Understated and getting its expressivenes from that, that's a thumbs up from me, my friend!

Very dark but so romantic photo!
A peaceful atmosphere nicely presented. The two figures add life to the photo. I personally like the 'workshop version', as the light blue water makes the image sweeter.
