Another shot af Llangollen here, this time looking upstream from the beer garden of a local pub. Looking right from our position here the Llangollen railway can be seen taking 1 hour trips up to Carrog station.

Hi John,

Excellent shot and well done on the composition.
This is a beautiful view, you did very well with this capture. Excellent work.

Mike

Very nicely done, John, and it brings back some good memories as we visited Wales in 2001. Nice light on the water and the background with a very tiny part of sky. Well done!

BONSOIR JOHN.
C'est une photo particulièrement agréable à l'oeil. La composition est tendre et les couleurs sont douces. Le mouvement de l'eau est paisible et le canard, un vrai petit bonus.
Félicitations.
Luci

Were you really siting in a beer garden? Wow, with that kind of view one could be tempted to have one too many. I like the little touches such as the house on the hill, the duck sliding in from the left and the little patch of sky which seems to be more grey than blue. In that case order another pint quick.

Hello John!

Interesting spot to enjoy a cold One !

Well done , the image is sharp ! Obviously , you just arrived when you took it.
Well composed, seen and captured.
Cheers!
Robert

Lovely compo with the house settling the eye in the distance. Lovely part of the world too.

Hi John,
Nicely done, nice light on the water and the background with a very tiny part of sky. I love the duck on the left, congrats

I like the light and shadow in this photo. Also the lovely scenery and wonderful calm mood. I like the view of the mountain in the background filling up most of the back part of the frame, and the movement of the water in the foreground. Very nice.
Cheers
Joan
