Ahhhh... snowy day in Moscow too! same temperatures as here we have 5 below right now! Your composition here is very dramatic, something tells me maybe you don't love snow and winter that much?? Agree with Fred, the text would be better in notes

Hi Tar, this is quite original to put the weather of the day on top in a blured bg. It enhances the message of the cold weather :)

Very moscovite woman with her long coat, quite representative of Moscow life with the snow, I can almost hear their great songs :)

I don't understand the reason for the text at the top, but other than that, you have a fine shot, with a great POV and a good subject with the lady in black. Very moody!

Hummm Youre reputation is often colder then by here... But we have approx the same in those day...
But that scene is better convincing lol! When they say a photo is a thousand word. I see it's true :)
The person give the scale and the situation.. Photo do the rest!

This minimalist photo is really good and well done with this lonely silhouet walking on the snow.
Now, about the text above, I think you wanted to reinforce your pic with harsh meteo datas ; well, the idea is not too bad, but maybe it wasn't the better way to present it, I'm not sure...
Anyway, I like this compo :)

At last it snowed here as well!! Not a thick layer of snow, but still it made me happy:) Great POV and good atmosphere with all of that white endless snow and the figure that seems so small in comparison.
