The core subject is centred within the frame and should, almost always be composed as to be off centre, on a 2/3rds imaginary line. The 'Rule of Thirds'.
The focus on close-up/macro shots just HAS to be perfect, especially where water droplets are part of the image.
So, this shot has two main defects, as outlined above.
