[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
At the edge of the village `S Heerenberg lies the impressive castle Huis Bergh. It´s one of the largest and most important castles of the Netherlands. The earliest building history goes back to the 11th century. During the times fires, wars extensions and restorations changed the character from Huis Bergh from a mediaeval defence citadel to an impressive castle.

HI HERMANN!
You handle with beautiful lightning: The colors are great and you really manage to emphasize this autumnal mood! The DOF is good and the Pov is very inovating! I also enjoy the way the banches creat a natural frame!
Nice view :)
Congratulations.
Luci

Well framed shot of the castle from a great vantage point, Hermann. Seems like the contemplator is some creeper on the ground, looking ahead to the buildings. And at the same time, it leads the eye into the composition. Colours are warm and wonderful, autumn at its best, like a dream in these days of white... Nice work, thanks for sharing it with us.

Schöne Tage und Gruß aus dem eingeschneiten Norden der Republik, Hauke

You've used the low angle and the tree silhouette to frame your subject very well.

Hi Hermann,
great light, very beautiful. I like the frame. Beautiful colours.

Mooi Hermann,

Vooral het lage standpunt: alsof je aan komt kruipen om het kasteel binnen te sluipen. Mooi licht ook. Ik moet er zelf eens gaan kijken. Ik woon immers ook in Gelderland.

Guten Tag Hermann

Good use of the foreground vegetation, as a framing device for the distant castle. Excellent sharpness & color. I like the low angle, at leaf level. Congratulations!

Hi Hermann,
The variation of the light in the pic. is very good. Nicely composed, very good POV from ground up. It has a timeless quality. Excellent job.

Shame on me. Never heard of it.
Nicely captured, Hermann.
For a German, you knows a lot of Holland. Grappie.

STUNNING! I love the natural frame that you used here with the low vantage point! It adds lots of impact to the image. Lovely colours and beautiful building. TFS.

Hi Hermann,
this is very nicely composed picture. I love the pov and the perspective you've got. Natural frame formed by branches completes the photo perfectly. tfs
