| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
I don't know how much post processing is allowed here, but here's my try at it...that's definitely the most processed photo i've ever tried.
Taken in the old quater of Damascus, lovely place to wander around...you get the feeling it's not the same world you live in. So I've decided to play with it and show a little bit of what the view could look like when processed through a person's mind heated by the strong Middle East sun. It was a trial&mistake method, so I don't remember all the PP i did, but first I simply played with the hue to get the yellow sky, then desaturated the buildings, added contrast, saturation and grain. That's basically about it, though could have forgotten about something... |

Just to reassure you - you can postprocess as much as you like. Anything goes here. And this is not half as wild as a lot others. But it is a lot better because you use of the tools bring out the house and accentuate the sky. It reminds me of a book cover in a way.
I like this effect. Your images are of a high visual/artistic standard. Well done.
