[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Nature has its own geometry. Its a morning shot. There were lines of early morning fog and mist across the horizon. Then it was time for the sun to show up from an angle cutting across with its rays.

I think the land part is really interesting here. But the crop you choose gaves too much of attention to the sky. For such a scenery, a panorama with only the bottom part would have been perfect. I made a quick workshop to show what I say.

Hi Neeraj,
what a moody photo. I love the delicate colours you have obtained. Although I agree with Frederick about the sky - his solution is very nice, I like also yours. Even more I think. Leaving that amount of empty sky tells me about wide, empty space; adds strenghth to this photo. I prefer this approach from showing the hills part as primary subject of the photo. tfs

Hi Neeraj,
Superb shot. COlours are lovely. I wish you paid more attention to the mist draped hills and less to the sky.

Surely you took this from an airplane. I can't imagine where else you could have been to get this magical view. Unless you were on an even higher mountain, or that those mountains are not as high as one might think. Anyway, courageous to leave so much sky (2/3) but it works.

Neeraj, this is a beautiful shot. I'm a morning person myself and seek these magical moments. great capture! tfs, jing
