I sharpened it, set it to B&W except for the eyes.

Angled stroke filter

I tried to sharpen but I couldn't get it sharp enough. so after I changed the hue and saturation I used an angled stroke filter to give it the look of a drawing.

It does look better desaturated. I didn't want to waste a day reposting so I did a workshop instead. ;D

Crop sharpen and saturate

I felt it looked better with the waterfall offcenter, so I cropped out the trees on the left.
Then I sharpened it and despeckled it and saturated the colors a bit more.

Trimming and red eye removal

I took the advice given and removed the red eye from Squish. (Kitten on the left) and recentered it.
