Flipped vertical, desaturated background and cropped closer. Added unsharp mask and adjusted levels. Added a small frame. Hope you don't mind. I think this creates more impact.

Hello Andrew.

First I reverted your photo back to its original colour. Then all I did was play around with the hue slider (its in the hue/saturation).

I thought all the colours looked interesting!
