1: slect the slection of women and child with extract tool.
2: make the two layer, First women and child and 2nd camel and background.
3: Apply the Highlite/shadow tool on first layer and decrease the shadows from women and child.
4: Use the Brightness/contrast tool and enhance the contrast.
5: Burn the foreground with burn tool.
6: Merge the first and 2nd layer.
7: flatten the image.
8: Upload.
