I chose the chain, changed the whole image into sepia, put in the chain as a new layer, merged the two layers, desaturated the whole image a bit (around -10).
What do you think about this version?

So I just corrected levels, to give more light and very slightly increase contrast - but not much, to not spoil the mood. I couldn't do anything with centered composition, because framing is too tight.
