Hi Pedro,
this is probably a matter of monitor calibration. On my monitor (calibrated with Spyder2 from Colorvision) the picture looked a little washed out and needed to be spiced up with some contrast. So I added 15 in contrast using PSCS. On other monitors it could now look too dark. Yours, Jan

Hello I just wanted to create something special. This is clearly from an observers point of view. So do you remember the movie Predator? I think this is not too far off track. All done in PSCS:
I went to IMAGE>ADJUSTMENTS>GRADIENT MAP and added these settings from left to right. Black, blue, red and yellow. Then I added noise and deal done. Hope you like it. Yours, Jan

Hi, for me the very colourful mix didn't work so I first desaturated the picture and put the filter "dark strokes" on it. PP done in PSCS. Hope you like this version too. Yours, Jan

Hi Scott, I cropped to a better composition I think. The light house appears much higher by now. Then I ran the picture through the auto adjustments of PSCS. Hope you still like it. Yours, Jan

Hi, thanks for such a wonderful original. I'm not very religious but felt doing something in that area as it is 1st Advent.

PP in PSCS:
1) Selection of the statue using the magnetic lasso and correcting with the normal lasso using shift and alt.
2) Getting a new background with the rendering filter/fibers. Using a dark red for the blood effect.
3) The statue alone was done with one of the painting filters.
4) For the shining heart again a rendering filter. This time aperture spot 35mm.
5) Small black frame.

Sorry for my probably bad translation of the photoshop terms. Hope you like it. Yours, Jan
