I filtered the image through Imagenomic Noiseware to remove the noise in the image and made a little adjustment to the highlites and shadows.
The Imagenomic Noiseware Community Edition is free to use and works a charm.

(11717) [2005-07-25 15:20:34] [1] | As said in the critique, I thought the tilt was too heavy. I know you levelled the (horizontal) end of the street, but IMO it is not a well-built street LOL.
Contradictory as it may seem, when I levelled on the (vertical [of course ;o)]) wall in the end of the alley, it looked like the shot was tilted in the other direction. A weird play of lines...
That's why I didn't level it entirely, it's still tilted clockwise a bit. But it looks good to my eyes.
I also sharpened a tiny bit.
As for the border, didn't recall you made it smaller so it turned out bigger that intended. Sorry for that, Gabe.
