| Intro: | Almost a year on TL, January 15, 2008, time for an update Little did I know what was involved in being a member of this site. Along the way I picked up lots of ideas, tips and tricks, got lots of help and got to know a lot of very friendly people. Indeed it was like a virtual journey. Thank you my friends for all your support, without that my pictures would still be OE, I would not know what DOF was, and my horizons would not be horizontal. Without that I would never have followed some classes to master the basic techniques. You really enriched my life. The intropic was made last September by José Munoz who can't be found on TL. The sunglasses are no fashion accessory - after eye surgery I need them most of the time to protect my one remaining reasonable working camera eye. Some more info: Born in 1952 in Bussum, lived in different places in the Netherlands. Husband born and raised in South Africa. Children all grown up: daughter 32, son 30. Grandchildren 2 boys 4 and 6 years old and a girl born on March 11, 2008. | |
