Maybe it's not how it really look like but more how I'm dreamin' to be.
thanks,

(2334) [2009-09-20 13:35:52] [2] | | Added a little density in the neutral, using selective color. Added some yellow, a little magenta and cyan in color balance, didn't preserve luminosity. |

All Frozen in Time | Janice
(33032) [2009-07-30 01:20:17] | This photo shows more of the people that were there that day.
Most people in the scene were still for the 7 minutes - all very interesting to see. |

 Sculpture | Janice
(33032) [2009-05-28 13:58:54] | This is the sculpture I was photographing.
The shapes changed such as you move around it.
But it was quite dangerous too - as the sun got hotter so did this. And if you stood too close to it some people's clothes started smelling as the heat made them burn!! YES - TRUE!!
They placed signs around it and also guards to warn you not to go too close.
It was quite overcast when we first saw it, but we could feel the heat. |

(2334) [2009-05-17 22:21:00] | duplicated the layer, burned shadows, on the hair and face at 30%, then lower it to 10% then burn shadows again in shoulders, torso and belly, I only work in the shadows, area, but if your brush is set on shadow, it will leave the highlights untouch. Those area had a different contrast from the rest of the scene. That didn't look right, to much grey low contrast. Then I played with the level, bring the middle tone closer to the shadows. It gave extra punch to the colour. Saturated the colours.
All this was done on the duplicated, the first over layer...So i now have the untouch copy on the bottom layer. So there is the trick...
I then lowered the opacity of the top layer to 70%
Flatten the image and saved. |

 Adjustment mask | Athila
(1779) [2009-04-30 20:08:18] [2] | Just used adjustment mask to increase green density in some area of the image to give it more saturation since the lighting was kind of soft and dull with that gray sky. I hope you like it.

 Pale pink Singles | Janice
(33032) [2009-04-14 03:49:02] | This is a quick look at some of my pale pink Japanese Anemones.
Their flowering stems are so robust, they are almost always self-supporting. There is no need to stake them – even in a blustery season they remain upright and undamaged. |
