If you have no other sky to work with do like me .. I went to one of my foto's with a usefull sky.. and with the selection tool I marked an area.. and pressed 'copy' in the Edit section on top of Program
Than into your photo the top part .. grey sky ..I precsisely marked the whole are with the lasso tool ..(in Edit ) leave the marked area intact andgo again to Edit and paste into selection

Same for the open sky lower parts in the building
The frame .. You see your name written below
(Lucinda handwriting font ) Choose Text tool.. pick a font style you like .. than the © sign .. Do the following ..
Press the 'Alt' button down and hold down ..than type on the little numeric keyboard on right :
0 - 1-6-9 and let 'alt ' go .. now you have the ©
sign type your name with any font you like

Look close and you will see what I mean
A line coming precisely out of one of the corners to 'lead ' our eyes in to the photo..
Now here we are so lucky.. we even could create 2 ! lead in lines
The frame ? Forget it.. not important..personal taste
There was another WS done for you.. focussing on your light ..at first I wanted to click the *usefull* hole .. but I had second thoughts..
since the light we see here .. can be the real light of that precise moment
