I realy liked the way that you could still see the dramatic ability of this actress in just one of her hands, I think I noticed it more as you can not see the expression of the face.

So cropped just to show this hand and then did a little "White digital haze" removal by increasing brightness a little, increasing contrast a little, and then increasing color saturation a bit more than both.

Wanted to see her more, so cropped and then increased brightness a little, increased contrast a very little, and increased color saturation by a bit more.

Sorry but I dont remember all steps, I'll try to recall them:

crop
seperate to 2 layers: magic wand on the frame, select invers, layer via copy.

colors in the picture - added blue, decreased red, added contrast and added saturation.
colors of the background - I sampled red from the picture and used bucket tool, afterwards saturation/hue/lightness to adjust the exact color.

Blending effect of outer glow on the picture, color sampled from the picture.

I got few questions about workshops so I decided to try and give as detailed as I can explanation,

balance autoimatique des couleurs et du contraste, puis eclairé un peu dans couleur, balance des lumière. j'ai radoucie (le bruit de l'image) un peu l'image abimée par les eclaicissements.
