i try something.
first i adjust levels and color of this picture.then select under of car and feather 7 pixel. select hue and saturation and hue 288 etc.
i add two layer for making stripes and try colors.
bigger exhaust with liqufy effect. etc.

hi i want try a ws for you hope you like it.
first i use USM 115/3,0/8 then adjust brightness and contrast. BRTNSS=+6 CNTSRT=+10 after that i use hue and saturation tool. saturation+8 hue+6
last i use photo filter. select red and value 69
