You said i taken it behind the frosted glass.
And you dont'nt like stripes. okey it's the solution.Brand new ws :)
i use 16 bit tones before make changes. Than use auto level after that gurussian(sorry for english) blur to hiding stripes. add +13 contrast and save for web. Bende gözüküyordu fakat yediden gönderdim inşallah bu sefer bir problem çıkmaz.

select the plate and use free transform and turn it. than delete background then adjust levels i downed shadows and midtones but upper highlights
auto contrast.
