I've used Irfanview to take the blue levels down a bit,just to eliminate a bit of the blue haze and restore the green.I've also lowered the gamma correction a little to darken it slightly.
Hope its OK.

Using Irfanview,I have reduced the blue considerably (-44) and sharpened.
More detail is visible,but a slight ghost image is more apparent.
Just another variation anyway.

Using Irfan View,a simple little editing program and viewer I always use,I have reduced the blue factor,hopefully eliminating most of the UV glare and restoring some of the original colour of the image.
