(5997) [2006-07-06 17:25:15] [4] | I can't believe I'm saying this but I agree with Sylvie about the frame - somehow it just doesn't suit the photo. Also, I loved the colours, but found them a bit too warm for the 'lost' feel. I increased the cold tones and decreased brilliance(saturation). Couldn't resist applying 'morning sepia' filter with minimum opacity for the mood. All with Nik Colour Pro filters.
That's it I guess. |

 B&W | Maria74
(5997) [2006-04-15 19:57:49] [8] | I really had to see this one in B&W. I also worked on the light a bit, darkening the corners and putting more light on the girl.
As I said, just another version of this lovely photo!

 original | Maria74
(5997) [2006-04-09 10:25:14] [+] | Here is the original shot of Tatiana, with no grain and less crop of the upper part, which now I see might be better.
The light on her face I found too flat, but maybe I wasn't right...I must say I used Loreal's 'Cashmere' foundation that does wonders, and made her complexion so nicely even (I think).
Thankyou all for your feedback, and feel free to use this one as a potential for Workshops! |

 noise reduction | Maria74
(5997) [2006-03-22 15:20:54] [9] [+] | hi Makis,
I apologize for the delay in posting this. Connection problems.
I wanted to see how it would work after noise reduction in Corel Paint Pro. I also added thin white frame to match those lovely window outlines, and i reduced highlights just a bit.
Not much different i guess, but I hope you'll like it!
regards

like an old photo | Maria74
(5997) [2006-02-23 09:40:44] [3] | She really looks like a little angel, so I tried this:
-converted to B&W;
-applied 'diffuse glow' (Filters/distort/diffuse glow) with reduced opacity (about 20%, maybe even less)
-added very small amount of grain
-very small amaount (again) of sepia filter, just a touch of it (opacity under 5%)
-wanted to create an old-fashioned frame, but to be honest I am not sure if you'd like it.
As I said, this is just another version of your lovely photo!! TFS!
