I had to make a bit more water, change the colous and made the white part a bit grey and cloned some structure in it. Alkso sharpened the edges.

Try to use the Unsharp mask tool in the filters!

Better wether for a nice picture with a real Dutch cloudy sky. The mill out of the center and more sun. I adjusted the water by cloning a bit blue sky and reflection of the buildings.
Finally I made the wing blue.
