Because the lady was not shaved I used NeatImage + Unsharpmask in PS7.
As allways NeatImage makes the skin too smooth; I still like it this way.

I thought a movement from left to right was more natural. I also made it a bit less centered. What I would prefer is a movement from bottom left corner to upper right corner, but couldn't do it from the original photo. Again, just a different view.
