| Intro: | I was given my brother's old Kodak Brownie to take on holiday when I was 7 and took my first photograph at Buckingham Palace. One day I might scan and post it! (...I have now) I did a lot of picture-taking in my teens and early twenties, when I could afford some decent equipment. At 44 I treated myself to my first digital camera and am hoping to rekindle my old hobby - isn't it great not to be constrained by the ongoing cost of materials! Introduced to Treklens by a friend at work (thank you Jackie), I am inspired by the variety of work on display. Hopefully this will encourage me to try harder and produce better results. The picture, by the way, is me... in 1971! | |
