Tried to remove the branche. I didn't make it very carefully, just wanted to show my idea. And different crop - less details - stronger composition :-)

Ola

I tried to do something with your photo. Different crop, used Burn tool to darken some parts on a cheeck, and color overlay.

Anyway - I would like to suggest you to make this portrait "once again". :-)

With best regards

just different try. In photoshop (version7) I duplicated background layer, set blending mode into 'soft light' and used Filter/stylize/find edges. At the top I edded adjustement layer 'chanel mixer' with set 'monohrome' and red=100%.

And at the top another adjustement layer with curves, and added two points in/out: 90/121, 197/168.

Best regards

I really miss something stronger in your photo. All the shapes are rather smooth... I think the centre is located around those two faces - the seem to correspond somehow. Man and woman - this is a story in itself (!) He is looking in her direction. In my workshop I tried to emphasize those two faces, despite of other fading elements.

1) unsharp mask 143% 19px 0L
2) Curves in/out: 0/0, 55/58, 118/187, 255/255

Best regards

Here is my suggestion. The train that is visible on your photo on the left it's too much IMO. I feel that you contained two photos in one, each one telling about something different.

Best greetings

Hello Mitra

I thought I would try to do something with your photo.

In photoshop:
1) I duplicated twice the layer with your photo.
2) Top layer - changed blending mode into 'soft light',
3) middle layer - blured with 'gaussian blur' radius 7.5px
4) Top layer - sharpened with 'unsharp mask' radius 8px, I don't remember precentage, but I observed the changes on screen
5) On the top - added new 'adjustement layer' - 'curves', with points (in/out): 5/0, 165/208, 255/255
6) then - flattened image and sharpened with 'unsharp mask' 87%, 0.4px 2L.
7) cropped differently - I thought it would be better to achieve more consequent line from top-left into right-down. I wanted to put an accent on the pass of mountains, on the right side. That's why I removed the falling part of mountain of the left side.

Best regards

Piotr

I separated different parts into different layers in Photoshop and applied curves - to decrease contrast. I hope it's also interesting view :-)
