Plus, I blurred the wooden banister on the right bottom side as it was attracting to much the eye after the crop.

I just cropped the image to give it an horizontal format and excenter the man. I kept the inclusion of the wrintingd on the wall, which I find superbe because they give a good "relief" to the image. I think it is also easier to read an image (leading the eye) that way, beacause first you watch the writing on the left, then the one on the right and finally you follow that guy onto the dark tunnel.
I hope you don't mind if I made a little WS for your beautiful picture. It's the first one I do. Indeed, your picture inspired me ;o)

Here is the rounded "square" of strawberry fields in NYC Central Park. Imagine is written on the ground and people carefully walk around, stop and sometimes let flowers next to this simple but meaningful word. |
