First thing I did was adding a little more contrast by using the auto contrast option in photoshop. Due to that the image did get a little darker. Secondly I did add some more (12%) color saturation and after that did use the high light/shadow option in photoshop to saturate colors even a little more and to let the details pop-up more.
Also did crop a part of the right side and of top to change composition and did clone the double TT out of the background lower left side.
Last, but not least I did add a bit more sharpness by using the smart unsharp mask option with settings at 150% and 1.0 pixel.

First thing I did in photoshop CS2 was adding 7% more contrast. After that I did add 15% more color saturation and in third place I did use the highlight/shadow option to let the colors pop up a little more.
Last, but not least, I did add a bit more sharpness by using the smart unsharp mask option in PS. Settings at 150% and 0.2 pixel.
This is the result.

Al I did to change composition a little was clone in a bit more blue sky on top and left side to give the statue a little more space and clone the man on his camel in to an other, more to the right place in the image.

First I did was using the highlight/shadow option in photoshop to lighten up the lower part of the image a bit more so details do come out a little better in my opinion and colors pop-up even more.
After that I did adjust curves to and input of 53 and output of 47 to lighten up the whole image a bit and color contrast became a bit higher.

First thing I did was adjusting colors in photoshop by using automatic color adjustment option.
After that I did use the highlight/shadow option to bring more details back in the fur, especially the darker parts.
Last, but not least I did add a little more (7%) contrast.

First I did crop a small part of top and bottom of the image.
After that add some more contrast by using the automatic contrast option in photoshop.
Also did add a little (12%) more color saturation and then did use highlight/shadow option.
Last, but not least a little unsharp masking by using the smart unsharp mask option sett to lensblur. Sttings at 150% and 0.7 pixel.
To soften the BG a little more, it was a little grainy, I did use Neat Image

First thing I did ws adding a bit more contrast by using the automatic contrast option in photoshop. Brought the contrast level back to 65% afterwords.
Secondly I did use highlight/shadow option to pop up details and brought that back to 60% afterwords.
Last, but not least, I did clone in a bit more sky to give the breaking wave and mast of the ship a bit more slace.
