I did the following:
Added contrast
Added unsharpen mask at 46%

First it consist a problem of light i go to the Light/shadows adjustement of Photoshop CS2.. As i pass to that version recently i had to do many test... I reduce already but not enough. So i go give a bit of saturation... adjust more contrast less light and readjust the sharpness in the edge. There was a mask of overlay in the colors too!
I believe a made he appear more face to face.

Smart sharpen in Photoshop CSII | | Paparmann (117) [2006-10-05 22:47:23] [1] | I applied a small amount of smart sharpen (gaussian blur). That way you picture seem to have lot more details.
