| Intro: | I work as a trout fishing guide, catch and release, on the West Coast of the South Island, New Zealand. icfish I have been guiding for 20 yrs here in one of the most diverse natural environments found in New Zealand. Mountain and lowland rivers, spring creeks and lakes, the office I have to work in is the best. Watching the insects, trout, the changing seasons, weather and all the knowledge we need for being a good fishing guide I became interested in photographing this natural environment. With the same passion as with my fishing for nature, the isolation, solitude and diverse natural environment, I love the challenges this unique landscape provides for some amazing images. I am putting together a website on my fishing with images in the photo galleries from my areas I work in and other areas. I hope to show the diverse environment and nature that makes it what it is.
