I rotated the photo 3 degrees to the right. This resulted in some blank spots in each corner. I cloned back sky and water into these spots. I then cloned out the lens flare spots in the sky.
It is just to show what I meant not a perfect job. |

Second I set a small curve in cruves to boast the contrast in both shadows and highlights. I cropped the photo in such a way that I feel that the composition is more dynamic. Now the rocks lead the eye better to the tree and clouds. I also sharpened the photo a little. |
