(5403) [2006-11-16 12:26:30] [3] | | Put into lab color. duped layer & used apply image in which I put the 'b' channel into the lightness channel in overlay mode. This brightened the yellows. Asjusted opacity to taste & used blend if sliders to eliminate too much yellow being applied to bright reds. Applied an djustment layer and steepened the curves on the 'a' & 'b' channel to increase saturation. control clicked on overly bright colors and toned them down some. |

(5403) [2006-10-16 11:51:30] [3] | | Used apply image to use green channel as a luminosity layer to bring up a little more detail in the trees. Put into lab color. steepened a & b channels to up the saturations just a tad. Used adjustment layers to lighten upper field & bring out more detail in the dtees. Duped main image layer and applied strong dust & scratches filter to the a & b channel to reduse noise in sky. then used layer mask to only select the sky. After uploading the image, I think I could have made the sky darker. |
