With Photoshop CS

Cropped the left portion to focus on the ship and seagull in the foreground.
Tilted the horizon 0,8 clockwise
Adjusted Darl and Light tones,
Added Yellow and Orange Photo filters (25% each )
Added Frame and Title

I thought the colours were a bit subdued so used levels to boost them (I selected each colour channel separately and moved the right hand slider in until it was underneath the bottom of the graph. I then created a gentle "S" curve on a curves layer to boost contrast. Next I made a circular selection around the daisy and feathered it by 50, then using the lens blur filter in CS2 I created a lower DoF effect. finally I sharpened the daisy a little using smart sharpen to help pick out the detail.
