| Intro: | Photography is a quickly budding passion of mine - one that I hope to improve with the help of all the talented photographers here on trek. If I have a free moment, my backpack is on and the trail is under my feet. There is such humbling beauty in nature. I sometimes feel inadequate to even attempt its capturing. In my ordinary life, I am a copywriter by day and a poet by night. I have an M.F.A in Creative Writing and have, over the years, done a smattering of graphic design. At one point, I owned a costume design business. Basically, I am a liberal, feminist dabbler-in-the-arts. You can check out my other photos (there are only a few now :-) ) on TrekEarth and TrekNature. Most of my work seems to fit TrekNature best, but I like the versatility of keeping all three acounts active. I would love any advice -- either general or photo specific to help me improve my work. | |
