| Intro: | I am an amateur photographer who is drawn to people. My preference is to photograph people who tell stories through their expressions, demeanour and/or actions, although I also photograph scenery and do some macro work (see TrekEarth and TrekNature). I seldom modify my photographs, and only then by cropping and, on occasion, by adjusting the overall brightness of a picture to compensate for poor light conditions...but you are welcome to adjust them through the workshops if you believe that you can improve them - then it would be nice if we could discuss the differences. I hope that my pictures please you, and that from them you can interpret, in your own way, the stories of the people and places captured by my camera. |
