Cropping and cloning out

Hi, Augusto.. only a slight cropping.. so that his head lead the eyes tothe dog.. ( or the inverse), cloning out the coach.

Over the previous workshop , I applied historic brush to bring out colors again.. and saturated them (mainly greens and reds).

Creating a "pen" layer

Hi, David, I´ve selected the pen with pen too, than made a inverse selection over a background copy layer and deleted it (feather 1), creating a "pen layer". Retouched it with both burn and dodge tools, and applied a bevel effect around the pen, giving some extra volume. Increased sharpeness... but I don´t think it was necessary...

Than, I increased constrast in the bg layer.

Laine, obviously, I cropped a little, to remove the dark spot on left side and adjust proportions slighty, without removing the waves bellow.
Than:
- Sharpened twice.
- Added a saturation layer, decreasing saturation 85 and lightness 22
- Added a color balance layer increasing reds, yellows and magentas at highlights, shadows and midtones.
-Added a selective color layer incrasing blacks 20% absolute, and reducing neutrals 20% but adjusting them to yellow, magenta and reds.

Over a bg copy layer, applied a bevel emboss effect just to frame it.

Creating a separated layer.

First, Fernando, obviously, I cropped you picture to focus your subject and remove the white sky.
Than with pen tool I´ve selected the man and the bird, inverted selection and in a background copy layer removed bg, creating a "man&bird " layer
On the original background layer I aplied some blur, noise and desaturated a little.
The man layer was saturated a little, USM, and burned slightly around the contour.

Fixing tilt and grainy effect

1. With measure tool and rotating canvas I fixed the tilted,then, cropped what was possible. It remained a white area that I fixed with free transfrm (ctrl+T) on a background copy layer.
2.With selective colors, reduced whites... the light areas were a little overexposed, IMHO.
3. Added some noise (radius 1.55, gaussian) to grainy effect to increase the old fashioned mood intended.
4. Of course..added a frame just by resizing canvas.
