Then, I removed the strip on upper left side , a little disturbing, IMO, as well some spots with clone tool.

(2513) [2004-10-20 22:46:05] [1] | I ran the sky with neat image plug-in twice to reduce noise... even so, some scratches remained.. than I removed them with dusk & scratch filter. After this, adjusted levels and cropped a little to reduce the dark areas..
I wanted to crop more ( removing the tree at left side), but you would loose the cloud...
Finally, I removed the two lights at the left.

Photshop cropping and adjusting colors | | carmem_busko

Colors were adjusted with selective colors.
I sharpened a little and enlarged canvas to add a frame on background layer with drop shadow .

(2513) [2004-10-01 23:54:31] [1] | Felipe, I ran the Neat Image filter plugin to reduce reduce noise and with selective color I increase the black values to add a slight contrast. The changes are almost invisible.. you did a nice work.

To frame it ( it was not necessary.. ), I did a new bg layer, resized canvas, selected transparency and changed the blending option to drop shadow inner glow and bevel emboss contour.
